Job Overview

Our client is looking for a motivated Outbound Lead Qualification Specialist to follow up on direct mail campaigns, qualify leads, and perform warm transfers to their sales team. Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach: Follow up on direct mailers using an integrated dialer.
• Lead Qualification: Use provided scripts to engage prospects, handle basic objections, and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Warm Transfers: Successfully connect 5–20 qualified leads to sales representatives per shift.
• CRM Management: Accurately update a custom-built CRM system.

Requirements

• Communication: Professional English skills with a warm, comfortable phone presence.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and navigate sensitive topics professionally.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency to operate CRM and dialer systems.
• Active Listening: Strong ability to gauge client moods and adapt the conversation accordingly.
