Our client is seeking a highly motivated, resilient B2B Cold Calling & Lead Generation Specialist to drive the strategic growth of their UK operations. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting targeted outbound outreach to UK-based businesses to uncover opportunities and generate qualified leads for premium HR outsourcing services. This is not a generic telemarketing position; it requires a sophisticated communicator who can navigate gatekeepers, connect with corporate decision-makers (such as HR Directors and Business Owners), and confidently articulate the business value of outsourced HR solutions. If you possess a soft, neutral accent, deep resilience, and a proven track record in the UK corporate market, this role offers an excellent remote environment with high operational impact.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm UK Time (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Market Penetration: Conduct consistent, high-volume outbound cold calls to corporate prospects within the UK market to generate new business leads.
  • Script Optimization: Tailor, develop, and refine dynamic cold-calling scripts to align with UK business etiquette, maximizing engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Pipeline Nurturing: Manage the early stages of the sales funnel by scheduling strategic callbacks and consistently following up with prospects who request additional resource documentation.
  • Data Logging & Hygiene: Track all outreach velocity, touchpoints, call dispositions, and pipeline progress with strict accuracy using shared Google Sheets.
  • Activity Reporting: Compile and deliver comprehensive daily and weekly performance reports summarizing total dials, connected conversations, lead volume, and negative/positive outcomes.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the organization with the highest level of corporate professionalism on every call, safeguarding the company's brand reputation and market respect.

Requirements

  • UK Market Experience: Proven experience in outbound B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing, with a distinct preference for campaigns targeting UK businesses.
  • Linguistic Standard: Exceptional English communication skills featuring a clear articulation and optimal rapport-building with UK stakeholders.
  • Psychological Resilience: Demonstrated emotional stamina and the ability to navigate professional objections and high rejection rates with absolute poise.
  • Administrative Precision: A high level of attention to detail when logging qualitative lead details, scheduling follow-ups, and managing tracking systems.
  • Autonomy: Self-motivated with the proven ability to maintain high dial volumes and work independently in a remote home office with minimal supervisor intervention.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience generating leads specifically for HR outsourcing (HRO), recruitment, payroll, PEO, or corporate professional services is considered a major asset.
  • Highly developed active listening skills with the ability to diagnose corporate pain points (e.g., employee relations, compliance risks) on the fly.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet infrastructure and a dedicated, completely silent home office workspace.
