Client Overview

Our client is an automotive dealership in regional New South Wales, Australia, undergoing new ownership and strategic transformation. The business is shifting from traditional marketing channels to digital-first customer acquisition, with a focus on lead generation, online presence, and automated CRM integration.

  • CRM Integration & Lead Funnel: Integrate all digital lead sources (website, social media, ads) into the CRM platform (Podium or GoHighLevel) to create a unified lead funnel.
  • Social Media & Content Management: Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms to maintain a consistent brand presence and handle community engagement, including Google reviews and social inquiries.
  • Analytics & Competitor Research: Analyze campaign performance weekly, provide actionable reporting on growth metrics, and research local and international competitor strategies to adapt successful tactics.
  • Mentorship & Team Collaboration: Train and mentor a junior team member on digital marketing fundamentals, AI content creation, and platform management, while collaborating with sales leadership to ensure seamless lead handoffs.

Requirements

  • CRM Integration Skills: Hands-on experience integrating marketing platforms with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, Podium, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Analytical Capability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate reports, make data-driven recommendations, and build systems from the ground up with minimal supervision.
  • Social Media & Community: Experience managing social media accounts, content scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Portfolio & Communication: Portfolio demonstrating previous digital marketing work, campaign results, and client outcomes, alongside excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

  • Experience marketing for automotive dealerships or similar B2C industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Podium CRM or experience integrating lead sources into dealership management systems.
