Our client is bringing on a talented Fitness Appointment Setter to ensure every qualified lead receives a timely, engaging, and confidence-building first conversation. You will be the very first point of contact for every incoming lead — the person who turns curiosity into commitment. Working entirely through chat, you will engage prospective clients, assess their fit for the coaching programs, and guide motivated prospects toward booking a Fit and Fierce Strategy Session with the business owner. You will bring a genuine understanding of health and wellness topics to build instant credibility, follow proven scripts while adapting naturally to each individual conversation, and track your performance against clear conversion metrics. This is a high-impact, performance-rewarded role where your ability to connect, qualify, and convert directly drives the growth of the business — and your own earning potential.

Client Overview

A growing health and wellness coaching business dedicated to empowering individuals to improve their fitness, strength, and overall well-being through structured, results-driven coaching programs. The organization is led by an experienced head coach and supported by a focused operations team, with a strong and consistent flow of inbound leads actively seeking coaching support.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM CST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients via chat to qualify interest and assess fit for the company's coaching programs
• Guide qualified prospects toward booking a Fit and Fierce Strategy Session with the business owner
• Provide basic health and fitness context during conversations to build trust and credibility with prospects
• Follow provided scripts while adapting naturally to each prospect's unique questions and concerns
• Track and report on lead engagement and appointment conversion metrics

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or a similar sales-oriented role
• Strong English communication skills with a high level of fluency, both written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of or genuine interest in health, fitness, and nutrition topics
• Professional maturity and ability to connect with prospects
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly via chat

Nice to Have

• Bonus if you have personal experience or a background in health, fitness, or wellness — it adds immediate authenticity to your conversations with prospects
• It helps if you have prior experience working within coaching businesses or service-based sales environments
• Bonus if you are comfortable using Slack and basic lead-tracking or CRM tools to report on your activity and results
