Job Overview

Our client is looking for a dedicated Appointment Setter for a part-time, outbound sales support role focused on lead engagement and consultation booking for a fitness facility. Potential to expand hours and evolve into a broader sales support function as the business scales.

Schedule Remote, Part Time | Thursday - Monday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM & 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM CST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Contact warm leads within minutes of entry into the CRM to maximize conversion opportunity
• Qualify prospects by assessing their readiness to invest in personal training services
• Book free consultations and ensure prospects are committed to attending
• Follow up with unresponsive leads via phone, text, and email to re-engage potential clients
• Mine the existing CRM database of 2,000+ contacts to uncover previously untouched opportunities
• Log all call activity and outcomes in LeadFlow to maintain accurate pipeline reporting
• Aim to meet target conversion funnel metrics: 40–50% of leads to consultations, 50% show rate, and 50% close rate

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or inside sales
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms (LeadFlow) for lead management and follow-up tracking
• Strong persuasion and conversational skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently during focused calling windows
• Willingness to complete Gym Academy's training video series on fitness industry sales
