Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Shopify E-Commerce Specialist to support the day-to-day management and maintenance of their online store. In this role, you will play a key part in updating product information, processing daily orders, and delivering excellent customer support. It is a fantastic part-time opportunity for an independent professional who thrives in a structured, remote environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM EDT (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management

• Update and maintain products within the Shopify store.
• Add, edit, and organize product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and other product information.
• Make pricing adjustments and ensure product details are accurate and up to date.
• Review product listings for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Perform routine website maintenance and administrative updates.

E-Commerce Order Processing

• Process and manage daily e-commerce orders through Shopify.
• Monitor orders and ensure information is entered and maintained accurately.
• Identify and escalate order-related issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate order records and follow established processing procedures.

Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries through the appropriate support channels.
• Provide clear, professional, and timely written responses.
• Assist customers with product, order, and general e-commerce inquiries.
• Escalate complex customer issues when additional assistance is required.

Website Maintenance

• Perform routine Shopify website updates and maintenance tasks.
• Check product pages and store content for errors or inconsistencies.
• Help maintain a clean, accurate, and user-friendly online shopping experience.
• Identify basic website or product listing issues and report them appropriately.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing or administering Shopify stores.
• Hands-on experience updating Shopify products and product information.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing product listings and pricing.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Experience handling customer inquiries or e-commerce customer support.
• Ability to process and manage tasks accurately and consistently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
• Ability to consistently work the required schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM EDT.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify order management and fulfillment workflows.
• Familiarity with e-commerce operations and online retail processes.
• Experience managing large product catalogs.
• Basic understanding of Shopify website administration and troubleshooting.
