Overview
Our client is looking for a TikTok Shop Growth & Affiliate Specialist to help scale their growing beauty brand's TikTok Shop and affiliate program. This position requires a strategic thinker with proven TikTok Shop experience who can manage affiliates, drive community engagement, and optimize advertising strategies. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, creative hooks, and conversion strategies to elevate the brand's market presence.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Central Time (4 hours per day, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and build relationships with TikTok Shop affiliates
• Manage our affiliate program through Euka
• Build and nurture an active affiliate community through Discord, WhatsApp, or similar platforms
• Create affiliate contests, incentives, and strategies to increase posting and sales
• Develop creator briefs, hooks, talking points, and content ideas
• Review affiliate content and provide specific, actionable feedback to help creators improve performance
• Identify winning creators and content and develop strategies to scale them
• Manage and optimize GMV Max and other TikTok Shop advertising
• Track performance and proactively recommend strategies to grow GMV
• Know how to appeal any violations
• Know about Lives and keep up with any new changes to the TikTok shop landscape
• Bonus is to have experience using AI creators

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop for a brand
• Experience helping a brand move out of the cold-start phase and scale
• Strong experience with TikTok Shop affiliates and creator outreach
• Experience building and nurturing an affiliate community
• Experience with GMV Max
• Strong understanding of TikTok hooks, creative strategy, and conversion
• Ability to create strong creator briefs and give affiliates personalized direction - not just automated/bot outreach
• Strategic mindset and ability to look at TikTok Shop from a 360° perspective
• Beauty or haircare experience are highly preferred
• Euka experience is necessary
