Tuesday - Thursday, Flexible working hours Australian Eastern Time (Sydney) (20+ work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive architectural documentation for council submissions and development applications
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using ArchiCAD software
- Collaborate on shared architectural models to ensure project consistency and accuracy
- Support the development application process with precise documentation standards
- Work across diverse project types, including high-end residential, childcare centers, and medium-density developments
- Ensure all drawings meet Australian council submission requirements and standards
- Maintain project timelines and quality standards for client deliverables
- Coordinate with the team to address project-specific requirements and revisions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of architectural drafting experience with a strong portfolio
- Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD software (essential requirement for model collaboration)
- Solid understanding of Australian council submission processes and development applications
- Experience with architectural documentation standards and technical drawing conventions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with rural or semi-rural council requirements is a plus
- Familiarity with high-end residential or commercial project documentation is an advantage
