About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Architectural Draftsperson with advanced ArchiCAD expertise to join our collaborative remote team. Working closely with the Lead Architect, you'll support residential projects from concept design through construction documentation, producing high-quality drawings, coordinating consultant information, resolving technical details, and ensuring documentation meets professional standards. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for someone who values quality, teamwork, and continuous growth.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sydney, New South Wales Time – AEST)

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate architectural drawings and documentation using ArchiCAD.
• Prepare Development Application (DA), Construction Certificate (CC), and construction documentation packages.
• Assist with construction detailing and technical problem-solving.
• Update drawings based on design revisions and coordinate consultant information into project documentation.
• Maintain organized project files and consistent drawing standards.
• Collaborate with the Lead Architect throughout all project phases.
• Attend internal and client meetings when required and provide regular project updates.
• Remain available during business hours, respond promptly to communications, and support a collaborative remote work environment.

Requirements

• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Philippine Time).
• Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD.
• Strong residential architectural drafting experience.
• Solid knowledge of residential construction methods and detailing.
• Ability to produce accurate, organized, and professionally presented documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.
