We’re looking for a detail-oriented Closet Designer & Client Support Specialist who can bring creativity and technical design skills to every project while confidently communicating with clients and managing incoming leads. If you’re experienced with CAD-based closet or cabinetry design software, work well independently, and enjoy seeing your designs come to life, this could be a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic remote team.

Schedule

• Flexible with some EST overlap: 20hrs per week

Responsibilities

• Create closet design concepts and proposals based on client-provided measurements, photos, and specifications
• Produce multiple design options with accurate spatial layouts and pricing-ready outputs within established turnaround times
• Collaborate asynchronously with the business owner to refine designs and ensure alignment with client expectations
• Follow up with clients and respond to incoming leads via the company's CRM platform
• Support light administrative tasks during periods of lower design volume to maintain smooth business operations

Requirements

• Experience with CAD-based closet or cabinetry design tools such as Closet Pro, 17 Squares, or Cabinet Vision
• Strong understanding of closet and storage space design principles and spatial planning
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new design software with limited onboarding
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Scope

• Start as a part-time role (20 hours per week) with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business growth
• Work asynchronously with flexibility on time zone, with weekly check-in meetings for alignment
• Utilize Closet Pro as the primary design tool and GoHighLevel for CRM and client follow-up tasks
• Deliver design concepts within a 24-hour turnaround from receiving project specifications
• Serve as the dedicated design production support, enabling the owner to focus on consultations and sales
