Job Overview

Our client, a growing firm, is seeking a Stormwater Technical Project Coordinator to support projects from start to finish. In this remote role, you will focus heavily on stormwater management solutions, preparing AutoCAD shop drawings, creating material take-offs, and developing accurate project quotes. You will also collaborate with internal sales teams and manage project data across HubSpot CRM, NetSuite, and Procore. This position is ideal for an organized technical professional with strong drawing, estimation, and specialized stormwater management experience.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on stormwater management systems and assigned projects from start to finish.
• Prepare, review, and revise AutoCAD shop drawings in accordance with stormwater project specifications.
• Work closely with and support the sales team on stormwater management system sales opportunities.
• Recommend field installation strategies and communicate technical stormwater solutions as required.
• Prepare quotes, bills of materials, and material take-offs for assigned projects while ensuring design drawings conform to project specifications.
• Consistently utilize HubSpot CRM, NetSuite ERP, and Procore for project management and data accuracy.
• Handle other technical and project coordination duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven background and technical expertise in stormwater management systems and solutions.
• Extensive experience using AutoCAD with a high level of proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interactions with team members and departments.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Engineering or Science is considered an asset.
