This is a transfer the estimators responsibilities will be as follows
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project documentation to prepare accurate estimates.
- Perform quantity takeoffs using industry-standard software such as Bluebeam.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain pricing and compile comprehensive project estimates.
- Prepare detailed estimates and cost breakdowns in spreadsheet format for client presentation.
- Review site photos and measurements provided to develop accurate scope assessments and quotes.
