AI Process & Automation Specialist

Overview
Our client is looking for an AI Process & Automation Specialist to transform and scale their business operations. In this role, you will analyze existing operational workflows, pinpoint key inefficiencies, and implement practical AI-driven automations. You'll serve as the bridge between technology and operations—building seamless integrations and creating clear SOPs so non-technical teams can work faster and smarter.

Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM Pacific Time (California)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions and automations that reduce manual work and improve productivity.
  • Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated using AI and other automation tools.
  • Develop, improve, and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on optimized workflows.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend tools, integrations, and technologies that can improve operational efficiency.
  • Build workflows that connect different platforms and systems to streamline information flow and reduce duplication.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve areas such as research, data processing, communication, reporting, documentation, and administrative workflows.
  • Train and support team members in effectively using AI tools and automated processes.
  • Continuously monitor implemented processes and identify additional opportunities for optimization.
  • Maintain clear documentation of workflows, automations, AI use cases, and SOPs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in AI implementation, process automation, workflow optimization, or business systems.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and how they can be applied to real-world business processes.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI solutions.
  • Strong process-mapping and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience creating and maintaining detailed SOPs and process documentation.
  • Ability to understand complex business workflows and translate them into practical, automated solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical teams.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on finding ways to make processes more efficient, scalable, and cost-effective.
