Mailing & Prepress Support Specialist

Job Overview

In this part-time role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the commercial print and mailing department by serving as a production-focused support specialist rather than a creative designer. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare files, manage data, and organize job materials for internal review, ensuring absolute accuracy before projects move to production or final delivery.

Client Overview

Based in Omaha, Nebraska, our client is a full-service print shop specializing in everything from business cards to large-format signage, with a foundational strength in high-volume production print. To support their steady growth, our client is looking for a part-time Mailing & Prepress Support Specialist to assist their commercial print and mailing department and serve as a critical gatekeeper for the production pipeline. Please note that this is not a creative design role. Instead, our client needs a highly organized, production-minded professional who thrives on technical precision to prepare files, manage data, and ensure absolute accuracy during internal reviews before jobs move to the press floor or the customer.
