Our client is looking for a creative and proactive professional to own the entire social media presence for a thriving weight loss clinic, transforming raw clinical content into engaging campaigns that drive patient appointments and build community trust. This role blends creative content creation with light patient coordination, giving you the opportunity to directly impact lead generation while supporting day-to-day clinic operations. You'll work independently with raw video footage and educational materials, turning them into scroll-stopping content that converts viewers into booked consultations.
Client Overview
Our client is a growing medical weight loss clinic based in New York with four healthcare providers and a dietician on staff. They specialize in comprehensive weight loss treatments and patient education, serving clients across the region with a focus on personalized care and digital engagement.
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Create and edit engaging social media content including stories, videos, and educational posts focused on weight loss topics
- Develop funnels and campaigns that drive appointment bookings through social media channels
- Research industry trends and competitor strategies to keep content fresh and relevant
- Manage Facebook and Instagram ads, including Meta campaigns with ongoing optimization
- Design visual assets and flyers that capture attention and communicate clinic offerings
- Build partnerships with influencers and coordinate promotional collaborations
- Monitor analytics monthly to track performance, identify what works, and adjust strategy accordingly
- Send appointment reminders to patients and handle scheduling confirmations
- Respond to patient inquiries about free consultations and office packages
- Upload patient blood work and handle basic prior authorization requests for medications
Requirements
- Proven experience creating social media content for American companies with portfolio examples
- Strong video editing skills with the ability to transform raw footage into polished content
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and drive conversions through social media
- Experience managing Facebook and Instagram ads, including Meta campaign management
- Graphic design capabilities for creating flyers and visual social assets
- Copywriting skills for engaging captions and educational health content
- Familiarity with social media analytics and data-driven decision making
