Overview

Our client is looking for a French-Bilingual IT Support & Odoo ERP Assistant to join a growing team of 60–70 internal staff. In this role, you will provide daily helpdesk support, manage Odoo ERP workflows, and help maintain smooth technical operations across departments. You will also assist with cloud solutions and AI-driven tools, using basic prompting skills to support internal workflows. This position combines staff support with technical system administration for someone comfortable working with both people and systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, fluent in French, and ready to handle a mix of ERP management, IT troubleshooting, and modern software tools.

Schedule:

• Full-time — 40 hours per week Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Paris time, including 1-hour lunch at 12:00 PM
• Client Location / Time Zone: Chelles, France time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support to internal staff, troubleshooting daily technical issues
• Manage IT support tickets/helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution
• Support 60–70 staff members with IT queries and system access issues
• Maintain and optimise Odoo ERP, including building and supporting apps, workflows, and automations
• Assist with cloud-based tools, AI-related systems, and projects
• Apply AI prompting skills to improve workflows and project delivery
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Document IT processes, issues, and resolutions for team reference
• Participate in IT projects to improve internal systems and efficiency

Requirements:

• Fluent in French, both written and spoken
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Odoo ERP experience, including app building and workflow management
• Proven IT support/helpdesk experience supporting multiple staff members
• Comfortable with AI tools, cloud systems, and prompting
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple IT requests concurrently
