Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (MSP) to oversee, optimize, and secure multi-client IT environments. In this role, you will lead complex technical initiatives, design robust cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions, and implement advanced automation to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive expertise in cloud infrastructure, modern endpoint management, and enterprise security. Serving as a trusted technical advisor, you will drive complex engineering projects to successful completion while ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of client environments.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Perth, AU | With 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure multi-tenant cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Develop, test, and deploy PowerShell scripts and advanced automation workflows to streamline routine system operations
• Architect and manage enterprise-grade endpoint security architectures, access management policies, and identity controls
• Execute comprehensive security remediation techniques across modern server and workstation landscapes
• Administer, sync, and optimize hybrid cloud setups alongside legacy on-premise Active Directory environments
• Author and maintain exhaustive technical documentation, configuration standards, and deployment runbooks
• Provide escalation-level engineering support for intricate network, cloud, and infrastructure roadblocks

Requirements:

• Relevant Professional Certifications: Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, CompTIA Security+, specialized Endpoint Management certifications or identity management
• MSP Mastery: 5–10+ years of deep, hands-on IT experience specifically within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or multi-client support environment
• Microsoft Expert: Deep hands-on expertise managing and configuring Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
• Automation Skills: Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and comprehensive process automation
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of endpoint security, access management protocols, and modern security remediation techniques
• Infrastructure Savvy: Direct experience managing hybrid cloud and on-premise Active Directory environments
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly
