Senior Meta Ads Specialist (Lead Generation)

Overview :

Our client is looking for a results-driven Senior Meta Ads Specialist (Lead Generation) to own the complete Facebook and Instagram advertising lifecycle for a portfolio of Australian and international clients. As part of the consulting team, you will be responsible for developing lead generation strategies, creating high-converting campaigns, building landing pages, writing persuasive ad copy, and continuously optimizing performance to maximize return on investment.

This role requires a commercially minded digital marketer with extensive hands-on experience managing every stage of the advertising funnel. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of generating qualified leads, scaling campaigns, and using data-driven insights to deliver measurable business growth across multiple industries.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, Flexible Hours (8 hours per day/40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end Meta advertising process, from strategy through optimization and reporting.
  • Plan, build, launch, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions.
  • Develop campaign structures, audience targeting, budget allocation, and testing strategies.
  • Create or collaborate on high-performing ad creatives, copy, and messaging.
  • Build and optimize landing pages that improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data.
  • Produce detailed performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years (preferably 10+ years) of hands-on Meta advertising experience. Must possess CMO-level strategic expertise strictly focused on Meta Ads (not Google Ads) with a portfolio of proven, high-impact results.

  • Highly autonomous self-starter. This is a senior-level role that requires zero hand-holding. You must have a proven track record of proactively identifying business bottlenecks, developing strategic solutions, and executing them to drive measurable business growth.

  • Full-funnel mastery. Extensive experience managing the entire advertising funnel, including high-level campaign strategy, landing page optimization, testing, scaling, and advanced reporting.
    Lead generation expertise. Demonstrated success building and managing scalable lead generation campaigns across multiple industries.
  • Creative and copywriting excellence. Strong, conversion-focused copywriting skills with deep experience creating or directing high-performing ad creatives.

  • Deeply analytical. Highly proficient in using data and metrics to continuously iterate on strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve overall ROI and performance.
