Overview
We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Web Operations Specialist to support multiple client accounts across SEO, AEO, paid media, website maintenance, and content creation. Ideal for an organized professional with agency experience, this role requires managing recurring marketing tasks and moving projects forward independently. If you excel at multi-account coordination and maintain high-quality output without constant supervision, we want you on our team.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, Flexible during business hours anytime between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- SEO, AEO, & Local SEO: Perform client audits, conduct keyword and competitor research, optimize on-page elements, track performance metrics, and prepare regular SEO/AEO reports.
- Google Business Profile Management: Manage and optimize GBP listings, update profile information, support review workflows, and maintain NAP consistency across local listings.
- Google Ads & PPC Support: Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and conversions; draft ad copy and landing page recommendations; coordinate tasks with internal specialists.
- Paid Social Support: Assist with campaign setup, audience research, creative coordination, and basic reporting across platforms like Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Website Maintenance & QA: Handle basic content updates (copy, images, forms) in WordPress/CMS platforms, conduct cross-device QA, and flag technical issues for developers.
- Social Media Management: Coordinate and schedule content calendars, draft post captions, oversee creative asset approvals, and track engagement metrics.
- Creative Asset Coordination: Assist with creative briefs for graphics and ads, design basic assets in Canva, manage version control, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Copywriting & Content Support: Draft and proofread blog outlines, website copy, ad creative, and social captions; utilize AI tools responsibly to streamline workflows.
- Account & Project Management: Manage tasks for 7 to 10 client accounts using tools like ClickUp or Asana, prepare internal status updates, and document repeatable processes (SOPs).
Requirements
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS OF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WILL BE PRIORITIZED: SEO Audit, Google Business Profile optimization work, Keyword Research or Content Plan, Website or Landing Page you helped updae, Ad copy or campaign reporting, Social media calendar or content, copywriting, or Creative brief or asset coordination sample)
- Strong understanding of SEO, local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization
- Familiarity with AEO, AI search visibility, structured content, and entity-based SEO is preferred
- Experience supporting Google Ads or PPC campaigns
- Experience supporting paid social campaigns
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Ability to make basic website content updates and perform QA
- Strong copywriting, editing, and written English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or recurring client work
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and project management tools
- Ability to work with Pacific time zone overlap
