Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to manage inbound leads from social media advertising campaigns targeting UK parents. This role involves qualifying prospects, booking consultations, and ensuring interested families understand the value of the educational programs offered. The position will start at 20 hours per week with significant growth potential as the company scales into additional markets including the US, Canada, and Australia. The ideal start date is mid-to-late June to align with school holiday periods when lead volume increases substantially.

Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify inbound leads who have expressed interest through Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Conduct consultative phone conversations with parents to understand their educational goals and determine program fit.
- Handle objections professionally and naturally, asking probing questions to uncover true concerns rather than accepting surface-level responses.
- Schedule consultation meetings with qualified prospects who demonstrate genuine interest and financial capability.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads across multiple touchpoints without being pushy or aggressive.
- Record call outcomes and maintain accurate lead tracking within company systems.
- Adapt communication style to resonate with UK parents and align with their expectations during school holiday periods.
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or outbound sales calling.
- Excellent communication skills with an approachable, professional, and eloquent speaking style.
- Proven ability to handle objections naturally and ask inquisitive questions to understand prospect needs.
- Consultative sales approach focused on qualifying fit rather than high-pressure tactics.
- Comfortable making 10+ calls per day and maintaining consistent follow-up over multiple days.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for professional phone conversations.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekend hours when parents are most accessible.
