Paid Media Specialist – Meta & Google (Franchise Marketing)

Job Overview

Our client is a high-growth, high-performance fitness brand seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Paid Media Specialist – Meta & Google (Franchise Marketing) to support their digital account management team. In this part-time remote role, you will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across a dynamic network of franchise locations. This is an ideal position for a data-driven marketer who excels at identifying trends, maintaining structural accuracy across multi-account environments, and translating performance insights into localized campaign success. Working closely with the Performance Manager, you will balance repetitive optimization tasks with proactive problem-solving to ensure maximum advertising ROI.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM AEST (Sydney Time) (25 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Paid Advertising Management: Assist with the end-to-end setup, management, and continuous optimization of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Campaign Optimization: Implement targeting adjustments, budget reallocation, creative swaps, and bidding modifications based on performance insights and direct strategic briefs.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor daily and weekly performance trends across a multi-account franchise ecosystem, identifying underperforming regions and recommending actionable fixes.
  • Reporting & Data Visualization: Maintain internal tracking sheets, update digital performance dashboards, and prepare concise performance breakdowns using tools like Looker Studio and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Audit accounts daily for ad disapprovals, audience delivery blocks, budget pacing issues, and tracking parameters while ensuring strict adherence to franchise brand standards and naming conventions.
  • Operational Alignment: Follow internal testing frameworks, document findings, and collaborate with the digital team to constantly improve backend agency workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Paid Media Expertise: 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience running and scaling Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns.
  • Multi-Account Competency: Proven experience working in fast-paced, multi-account configurations (such as franchise networks, agencies, or multi-location brands).
  • Data Interpretation: Strong analytical skills with the ability to look at raw metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC) and implement strategic, corrective actions.
  • Digital Marketing Fundamentals: Solid understanding of advanced audience targeting, bidding strategies, attribution windows, and modern optimization frameworks.
  • Communication & Tech: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with functional proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing localized digital marketing for fitness centers, gyms, franchises, or retail networks is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity building or maintaining automated reporting frameworks inside Looker Studio is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle repetitive optimization and tracking checklists with high accuracy.
  • Must possess a reliable computer setup and a high-speed internet connection capable of managing heavy ad-manager dashboards seamlessly.
