Residential Construction Lead Generation Representative

Job Overview

Our client is a growing residential construction company specializing in comprehensive interior and exterior remodeling services—including roofing, siding, decking, kitchens, and bathrooms. As a proactive Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the growth of this rapidly expanding business. Your primary mission is to identify, research, and qualify potential residential clients through strategic outbound communication. This role requires a self-sufficient hunter who can independently source homeowner leads and maintain a consistent pipeline through cold calling and email campaigns, ultimately bridging the gap between cold data and scheduled consultations.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sourcing: Independently identify and research potential homeowner leads using various lead generation tools, public records, and digital platforms.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling and outbound communication to generate new business opportunities within the residential sector.
  • Email Marketing: Execute targeted outreach emails to prospective clients and manage timely follow-ups on all inbound and outbound inquiries.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with meticulous accuracy, ensuring lead statuses, contact information, and activity logs are current.
  • Appointment Setting: Qualify homeowner needs and schedule initial consultations, coordinating directly with the project team.
  • Pipeline Development: Move prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel to ensure a consistent flow of work for the remodeling teams.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 2 to 5 years of demonstrated success in lead generation or outbound sales roles.
  • Research Mastery: Strong ability to independently source and qualify leads using research tools, databases, and geographic targeting.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong, professional phone presence and persuasive written abilities.
  • Self-Sufficiency: A proactive mindset with the ability to manage your own daily outreach targets and lead lists without constant supervision.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficient in CRM platforms and general lead-sourcing software.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the construction, home improvement, or residential remodeling industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with dispatch coordination or scheduling functions.
  • Persistent and resilient attitude toward cold calling and rejection handling.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail in data management.
