Job Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive eBay Product Listing Specialist to take their product presence to the next level. In this role, you won't just be "listing products"—you’ll be the architect of their digital storefront. Working hand-in-hand with their sales and marketing teams, you’ll optimize every title, image, and description to ensure customers have a world-class shopping experience. Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Springville, UT Mountain time) 35 hours per week, with a 1-hour unpaid break each day

Responsibilities:

• Create, upload, and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms, particularly eBay.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and categories to improve search visibility and conversions.
• Upload and maintain accurate product information including photos, videos, specifications, and descriptions.
• Monitor listings to identify and resolve issues affecting product visibility or sales performance.
• Regularly audit and enhance listings to improve customer experience and marketplace compliance.
• Organize and manage digital product assets efficiently.
• Become knowledgeable about product details, materials, and features to ensure accurate listings.
• Support sales, marketing, and leadership teams with product-related updates and marketplace best practices.
• Assist with process improvements to streamline listing management workflows.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing e-commerce product listings, preferably on eBay
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with product optimization strategies and search visibility best practices
• Experience uploading and managing product photos, videos, and descriptions
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot listing or marketplace issues independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple listings and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with additional retail or marketplace platforms is a plus
• Strong WordPress/WooCommerce experience
• Extensive AI experience (using AI for content generation, fact-checking, identifying AI errors)
• SEO expertise (keyword research, optimization)
• Product description writing experience
