Our client is looking for a results-driven B2B Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in industrial, manufacturing, or service-based industries. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to position businesses in competitive B2B markets through strategic SEO, LinkedIn marketing, lead generation, and content marketing. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the company’s online presence, improving organic search visibility, and supporting long-term business growth through data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and brand visibility.
- Maintain and optimize the company website using SEO best practices to improve Google rankings and increase qualified organic traffic.
- Create and publish high-quality B2B-focused blog content, case studies, and website updates aligned with target industries.
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence through strategic content planning, audience engagement, and brand positioning.
- Build, manage, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns focused on B2B lead generation.
- Support Google Ads management and campaign optimization to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
- Monitor SEO rankings, website analytics, and campaign performance to provide actionable reporting and recommendations.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business growth objectives and sales priorities.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities to improve digital positioning.
- Work alongside the existing marketing structure while taking ownership of digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, construction, engineering, or service-based industries.
- Strong SEO expertise with a deep understanding of Google algorithms, technical SEO, and content strategy.
- Extensive experience managing LinkedIn marketing and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B audiences.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, keyword targeting, and conversion optimization.
- Demonstrated success in increasing organic traffic while reducing dependency on paid advertising.
- Experience creating marketing content tailored to business owners, procurement teams, and executives.
- Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys and long-cycle sales processes.
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
