Job Overview
Our client is looking for a B2B Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth. In this role, you will focus on outbound activities targeting B2B decision-makers for high ACV deals within a founder-led sales environment, handing off qualified demos to the founding team.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound email outreach campaigns to generate qualified demo appointments for the founding team
- Nurture and follow up with prospects across multiple touchpoints until they are ready to engage in a demo or sales conversation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM
- Collaborate closely with the founders to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach cadences based on campaign performance
- Perform manual QA on target company lists to ensure data accuracy and prospect relevance before initiating outreach
- Maintain a performance-based focus to achieve bonus structures as determined by the client
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales development, particularly in email-driven outreach
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive and personalized messaging
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail when managing large prospect lists
- Self-motivated and able to maintain consistent outreach momentum with minimal supervision
- Conversational and professional communication style; must not sound scripted or call center-oriented
