Our client is seeking a high-caliber Real Estate Outbound Lead Specialist to manage and convert a targeted portfolio of approximately 3,000 real estate leads. This is a strategic, part-time position designed for an industry professional who can confidently navigate conversations between traditional MLS representation and wholesaling or off-market private investment strategies. Your primary mission is to conduct high-impact initial consultations, uncover property owner motivations, and seamlessly hand off high-intent leads to the primary agent for final appointments. If you possess a deep understanding of real estate transactions and thrive in a performance-driven outreach environment, this role offers a structured path to maximize regional market share.

Responsibilities
- Outbound Consultation: Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to a dedicated list of real estate prospects and property owners.
- Strategic Qualification: Conduct initial discovery consultations to identify whether prospects favor off-market private acquisitions or public MLS retail listings.
- Pipeline Conversion: Filter out low-intent data, qualify highly motivated sellers, and execute warm handoffs of high-intent leads to the agent for formal appointments.
- Deal Structuring Dialogue: Fluently articulate the distinct advantages of traditional real estate representation versus wholesaling, cash offers, and off-market strategies based on client needs.
- Data Hygiene: Provide real-time updates on lead status, property notes, and contact disposition timelines using Google Sheets or the company CRM.
- Brand Integrity: Maintain a high level of engagement, empathy, and absolute professionalism to establish rapid trust with property owners over the phone.
Requirements
- Real Estate Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience within the real estate industry, with a strong preference for individuals who have actively closed transactions.
- Market Knowledge: Deep operational understanding of the differences between the retail Multiple Listing Service (MLS), investment wholesaling, and private off-market property acquisitions.
- Technical Setup: Ability to utilize Google Voice flawlessly for outbound calling to ensure local zip code relevancy and maximize answer rates.
- Communication Standards: Zero communication or audio latency (avoiding dialer lag); excellent responsiveness paired with superior written and verbal English communication skills.
- Interpersonal Mastery: Advanced rapport-building and customer service skills, creating a low-pressure environment where property owners feel comfortable sharing personal property details.
