Job Overview
Our client is seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead generation. This role is dedicated to identifying and qualifying high-potential leads within the SaaS, AI, and digital solutions space. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for navigating gatekeepers, handling objections, and scheduling qualified discovery calls for the senior sales team. This is a KPI-driven role that requires a blend of resilience, strategic research, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute multi-channel outreach including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and social selling.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads based on specific target industries and business needs.
- Meeting Setting: Schedule qualified discovery calls and meetings for senior sales representatives.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain prospect lists using online research tools; maintain real-time accuracy in CRM records.
- Strategic Research: Research target companies and key decision-makers to tailor value propositions effectively.
- Objection Handling: Professionally navigate gatekeepers and handle prospect objections by communicating the core value of the SaaS solution.
- Collaboration: Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on market trends, prospect pain points, and campaign effectiveness.
- KPI Performance: Track all outreach activity and consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly performance targets.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Significant background in SDR roles, lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting.
- SaaS Literacy: Previous experience selling technology, SaaS, AI, or digital solutions is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; confidence in speaking with business owners and C-level executives.
- Resilience: Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection professionally.
- Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and sales engagement tools.
- Remote Discipline: Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Mindset: KPI-driven with a strong discipline for consistent follow-up.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales engagement workflows.
- Experience working with US-based or international client portfolios.
- Deep understanding of sales pipelines and the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar qualification processes.
