Our client is seeking a high-energy B2B Sales Development Representative (Industrial/Manufacturing) to drive market expansion by identifying and engaging key decision-makers within the U.S. manufacturing sector. In this part-time remote role, you will leverage a pure "hunter" mentality to navigate gatekeepers, conduct strategic outbound outreach, and secure highly qualified meetings for the corporate sales team. Your target accounts will include heavy manufacturing facilities across the food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, mining, and industrial sectors. Responsibilities
- Target Prospecting & Research: Identify target manufacturing enterprises and research high-value decision-makers, including Maintenance Managers, Reliability Engineers, Plant Managers, and Operations Leaders.
- Multi-Channel Outbound Outreach: Execute targeted email campaigns, conduct cold calls directly to manufacturing facilities, and deploy structured LinkedIn connection/follow-up sequences.
- Gatekeeper Navigation: Break through industrial facility gatekeepers and switchboards to establish direct contact with busy operations personnel.
- Lead Qualification: Assess whether prospect facilities fit the target profile, confirm their responsibility over maintenance or reliability programs, and determine interest in predictive maintenance solutions.
- Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate calendar scheduling seamlessly with the U.S. sales team, booking 3–4 qualified meetings or demos per week (12–16 per month).
- CRM Pipeline Management: Maintain an immaculate record of pipeline activities, logging comprehensive call notes, email responses, and upcoming touchpoints within the database.
Requirements
- B2B SDR Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting within a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Cold Calling Background: Highly comfortable making outbound calls and engaging corporate professionals over the phone.
- Prospecting Tool Literacy: Direct, hands-on experience using lead databases and research tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
- CRM Proficiency: Prior experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho (the company utilizes Method CRM, but general platform literacy is acceptable).
- Linguistic Standard: Strong spoken English communication skills, with the ability to confidently navigate complex technical conversations with U.S. industrial professionals.
- Data Management: Basic data skills with comfort managing, filtering, and tracking prospect lists inside spreadsheet systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience prospecting manufacturing or heavy industrial enterprises.
- Experience in industrial, technical, or SaaS sales environments.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance, asset management, or reliability engineering programs.
