Our client is looking for a resilient and high-energy Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to drive growth for their capital works and maintenance projects. This role is instrumental in managing player experiences at the frontline of sales—bridging the gap between prospective clients and the estimating team. You will be responsible for re-engaging existing contacts and building new high-value prospect lists within the Australian industrial and commercial sectors. This position offers a perfect blend of high-volume outreach and strategic lead qualification for a candidate who thrives on achieving performance metrics and driving revenue.

Client Overview

The client is a Newcastle, NSW-based firm specializing in capital works and maintenance for the industrial and commercial sectors. They focus on delivering excellence to high-value targets, including facility and property management companies. As their lead generation efforts scale, they offer a dynamic environment with significant opportunities for career growth as the revenue from generated leads increases.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outreach: Conduct 100–200 outbound calls per day to existing and prospective clients to generate qualified leads.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with key decision-makers, including facility, operations, property, and engineering managers.
  • Appointment Setting: Set qualified appointments for the estimating team to follow up on and close.
  • CRM Management: Manage and update contact records and outreach activity within HubSpot to ensure accurate pipeline tracking.
  • List Building: Build and refine prospect lists using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Lusha to identify targets in the commercial space.
  • Sales Administration: Perform daily tasks including logging call outcomes, scheduling callbacks, and reporting on lead quality metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure warm leads are handed off effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Background in high-volume outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably within the Australian market.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage professionally with corporate decision-makers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot) and lead generation tools (Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo).
  • Resilience: Self-motivated with the ability to handle frequent rejection while maintaining consistent call volume and quality.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to managing contact lists and tracking detailed outreach activity.
  • Self-Management: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during Australian business hours.
