Drive strategic growth by spearheading B2B outreach and managing high-level partnerships across Florida’s commercial landscape. We are seeking a proactive, CRM-savvy professional to build and nurture relationships with realtors and property managers while maintaining a precision-engineered sales pipeline in HubSpot.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST/EDT)
• Saturday (Optional – Recommended) 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (EST/EDT)

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily B2B outreach via phone, email, and SMS to build relationships with realtors, property managers, and commercial partners
• Manage the full lead lifecycle in HubSpot, ensuring all contacts, interactions, and pipeline stages are accurately tracked and reported
• Schedule and coordinate high-level meetings between prospective partners and the business owner
• Re-engage and nurture existing B2B relationships to drive consistent referral generation and long-term loyalty
• Convert inbound inquiries and outbound prospects into qualified appointments or active strategic partnerships
• Support market expansion across Florida (Port St. Lucie to Miami) by researching prospects and aligning outreach with networking groups
• Collaborate with the business owner to synchronize outreach strategies with BNI, chambers of commerce, and senior care initiatives
• Provide administrative support for business growth, including client onboarding, invoicing assistance, and professional correspondence

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional business-level tone
• Ability to engage confidently with decision-makers across various industries
• High attention to detail in managing CRM data and follow-up activities
• Self-motivated with strong time management and ability to work independently
