Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can take full ownership of their outbound lead generation efforts. This role is not just about pulling data—it involves setting up, managing, and optimizing a lead generation system using tools like Apollo. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the leads generated are relevant, accurate, and aligned with the ideal client profile, enabling the team to focus on meaningful conversations and conversions.

Responsibilities
- System Management: Set up and manage Apollo (or similar platforms) for lead generation.
- Targeting: Define and continuously refine target audience criteria including location, demographics, and industry.
- List Building: Build and maintain high-quality lead lists with verified contact information.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads on a consistent basis to support daily outreach efforts.
- Quality Control: Ensure leads are relevant and aligned with business goals, avoiding bulk or random lists.
- Optimization: Monitor and improve lead quality based on response and conversion feedback.
- Collaboration: Work with the team to align lead generation with appointment-setting goals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of leads and sourcing processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C lead generation.
- Hands-on experience using Apollo or similar lead generation tools.
- Strong understanding of target audience profiling and segmentation.
- Ability to identify and source high-quality, relevant leads.
- Experience working with CRM systems and data management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize based on performance.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, consulting, or appointment-based businesses is a plus.
- Familiarity with outreach workflows and conversion tracking.
- Experience supporting appointment setters or sales teams.
