Our client is seeking a results-driven Appointment Setter to support outbound lead generation and client acquisition efforts. This role focuses on identifying qualified prospects, executing outreach strategies, and securing appointments that convert into business opportunities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in a performance-driven environment.

Client Overview

Our client is based in Worcester, MA, and focuses on targeted lead generation within specific niche industries such as churches and mechanic shops. They prioritize data accuracy and personalized outreach to drive business growth.

Schedule

Flexible during client business hours, EST (20 hours per week) 

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Research: Identify and build targeted lead lists within assigned industries based on specific cities or area codes; conduct market research to ensure accuracy and relevance of prospect data.
  • Outbound Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, and social platforms) and personalize messaging to improve engagement and response rates.
  • Appointment Setting: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments directly into the calendar.
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and track pipeline activity within CRM systems.
  • Performance & Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting quotas and optimize approach based on performance data.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated background in appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales.
  • Research Skills: Strong research and prospecting capabilities with high attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience using CRM platforms and outreach tools such as dialers or email automation software.
  • Self-Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Niche Targeting: Experience targeting niche or local markets using geographic data (cities, area codes) is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sales pipelines, lead qualification frameworks, and B2B outreach in service-based industries.
  • Key Competencies: Proficiency in prospecting, persuasion, and maintaining CRM discipline with a results-oriented mindset.
