This isn’t "cold calling in the dark"—you’ll utilize advanced, AI-powered lead generation technology to connect with business owners who have demonstrated intent for financing solutions. Working with a sophisticated database that provides detailed company insights and decision-maker profiles, you will qualify prospects and schedule appointments for senior leadership to close. Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (35 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct 60–100 targeted outbound calls per day using a proprietary AI-powered lead database.
  • Appointment Setting: Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality appointments with business owners seeking financing.
  • Data Utilization: Leverage advanced database insights, including company details and decision-maker profiles, to tailor your approach.
  • Strategic Execution: Follow provided scripts and approach strategies optimized for specific prospect situations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all call outcomes and interactions within the CRM/database.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing teams and referral partners to maximize lead conversion rates.
  • Relationship Building: Build immediate rapport with C-suite executives and key business decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in outbound cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with an outgoing, professional, and friendly personality.
  • Executive Presence: Professional phone presence and the ability to navigate conversations with business leaders.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with advanced technology platforms and sophisticated database systems.
  • Soft Skills: Self-motivated, highly organized, and excellent at managing time in a remote environment.
  • Industry Context (Bonus): A background or basic understanding of financial services is a plus.

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
