Job Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize multiple accounts on a part-time basis. This role is focused on maintaining structured, high-performing campaigns while continuously identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is someone who can maintain campaign stability while proactively seeking market research and competitor insights to drive future performance.

• Monday - Friday, Flexible during client business hours [CST] (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities Campaign Development

• Create and manage thematic campaigns using STAGs (Single-Theme Ad Groups).
• Identify high-performing keywords and transition them into SKAGs (Single-Keyword Ad Groups) for better performance and structure.

Ad Management & Optimization

• Perform weekly bid adjustments, budget pacing, and performance monitoring to ensure campaigns are running efficiently.

Creative & Landing Pages

• Develop and test new ad creatives, including copy and visuals, aligned with campaign goals.

Account Maintenance

• Conduct regular audits of search terms and add negative keywords.
• Pause low-performing elements and optimize ad extensions.

Proactive Strategy

• When accounts are stable, focus on market research and competitor analysis.
• Build creative libraries for future campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical and optimization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a structured way.
• Familiarity with campaign structures like STAGs and SKAGs.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with A/B testing landing pages to improve conversion rates (Nice to have).

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
