Our client is seeking an E-Commerce Marketing & Sales Coordinator to be the operational backbone of a growing distribution business, seamlessly blending administrative excellence with creative marketing support. This role puts you at the center of customer relationships and business growth, where your attention to detail keeps orders flowing smoothly while your marketing skills help drive customer engagement. You’ll work directly with a dynamic UK team that understands the value of remote talent and gives you the autonomy to make a real impact from day one.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM GMT, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 Hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Process incoming email orders from repeat customers by inputting into company systems and coordinating with warehouse.
• Handle customer service inquiries regarding delivery status and provide timely tracking updates.
• Create and customize bi-weekly marketing email campaigns using existing templates and brand assets.
• Close out completed orders once warehouse fulfillment is complete and mark as shipped.
• Research delivery updates through courier websites and communicate status to customers.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks that support smooth business operations.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure accurate order picking and fulfillment.
• Maintain customer relationships through responsive communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Experience with order processing systems and email management platforms.
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail for order accuracy.
• Proficiency with email marketing tools and template customization.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment during UK business hours.
• Excellent written communication skills for customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience with courier tracking systems is considered a bonus.
• Familiarity with distribution or e-commerce operations is helpful.
