Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:

You’ll be the first point of contact for for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) leads, positioning our client as the premier backup plan when sellers realize they need professional help. This role offers the opportunity to work with established CRM systems and automation tools while building meaningful relationships with potential home sellers. You’ll play a crucial role in a proven business model that saves homeowners $20,000-$30,000 compared to traditional realtor fees.

Schedule:

  • Full-time (35 hours/week) Monday to Friday flexible within daytime CT
  • Client Timezone: Central Time (Canada)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily lead generation through scraping Facebook marketplace and local classifieds to identify new FSBO listings
  • Manage CRM system with accurate data entry into iCam platform, ensuring all leads are properly tagged and categorized with DNC compliance
  • Execute outbound reach campaigns via text, email, and phone using iCam contact app for initial prospect contact
  • Launch and monitor automated drip campaigns for systematic lead nurturing
  • Send home evaluation reports to prospects as part of the relationship-building process
  • Identify qualified leads and schedule discovery calls, coordinating appointments on the realtor’s calendar
  • Maintain and work existing database of 1,100+ leads, following up on older prospects who may now be ready
  • Report on lead generation activities and maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions

Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE LEAD GENERATION EXPERIENCE
  • You bring 1-2 years of real estate industry experience (preferred but not required for exceptional candidates).
  • You’re technically proficient with CRM systems and lead management platforms.
  • Bonus if you have experience with iCam contact platform - this is a massive plus.
  • You’re skilled with Google Suite for lead research and communication tools.
  • You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • You can follow scripts while maintaining authentic conversations and provide detailed reporting on activities.
