Helpdesk Analyst

- Provide first- and second-level support for company systems, including Microsoft Windows, network connectivity, user access, printers, browsers, and mobile devices
- Implement moves, adds, and changes to computer and communication hardware
- Deliver excellent customer service for all support queries while adhering to service management principles
- Take ownership and act proactively when handling requests and issues
- Support users through training, guidance, and self-help content
- Assign or escalate support requests when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company, its structure, services, and products
- Passion for delivering exceptional user service by resolving issues and fulfilling service requests
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a Helpdesk Level 1/2 environment
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with internal users, technology teams, and vendors
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
- ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
- Other recognized IT certifications or training
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Management, basic networking (Wi-Fi, WAN, LAN), security awareness, and basic application support
- Experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience with on-premises Microsoft 365
