Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to play a crucial role in coordinating property development projects using industry-leading building information modeling software. Working directly with a Sydney-based management team, you’ll help bring complex architectural projects to life for institutional fund manager clients. A dynamic property development coordination company that manages high-profile projects for fund managers across Australia and Dubai. They specialize in bringing architectural visions to life through cutting-edge 3D modeling technology, coordinating complex projects with architects, engineers, and consultants. The Sydney office leads operations for both locations, creating opportunities to work on international property developments.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM AEST, with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Create and manage building information models using ArchiCAD as the primary platform
• Collaborate directly with Sydney-based project managers during Australian business hours
• Coordinate project elements with architects, engineers, and consulting teams
• Develop 3D models and technical drawings for property development projects
• Support project coordination for fund manager clients across multiple markets
• Utilize secondary modeling software like Rhino based on project requirements
• Maintain model accuracy and project documentation standards
• Participate in project reviews and technical coordination meetings

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with building information modeling software
• Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD (primary requirement)
• Background as BIM technician or architect (formal architecture degree not required)
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
• Ability to work Australian business hours consistently
• Strong collaboration skills for international team coordination
• Bonus if you have experience with Rhino software
• It helps if you have property development or construction project experience
