Working directly with a Sydney-based management team, you’ll help bring complex architectural projects to life for institutional fund manager clients. Schedule

Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM AEST, with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Create and manage building information models using ArchiCAD as the primary platform
- Collaborate directly with Sydney-based project managers during Australian business hours
- Coordinate project elements with architects, engineers, and consulting teams
- Develop 3D models and technical drawings for property development projects
- Support project coordination for fund manager clients across multiple markets
- Utilize secondary modeling software like Rhino based on project requirements
- Maintain model accuracy and project documentation standards
- Participate in project reviews and technical coordination meetings
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with building information modeling software
- Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD (primary requirement)
- Background as BIM technician or architect (formal architecture degree not required)
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
- Ability to work Australian business hours consistently
- Strong collaboration skills for international team coordination
- Bonus if you have experience with Rhino software
- It helps if you have property development or construction project experience
