We are seeking a sophisticated, high-caliber Client Relations Manager to act as the primary liaison for our VVIP and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clientele. This is not a standard customer service role; it is a position for a professional who understands the nuance, discretion, and "white-glove" standards of the luxury world.

What You Will Do:

• VVIP Engagement: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for elite clients, providing seamless, proactive, and bespoke assistance.

• Relationship Management: Anticipate client needs and preferences to deliver a highly personalized experience that fosters long-term loyalty.

• Problem Resolution: Navigate complex requests with the grace and efficiency of a world-class concierge, maintaining a "solutions-first" mindset.

• Brand Stewardship: Uphold the prestige of the company through flawless communication and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

 

What We Are Looking For:

• Communication Excellence: Exceptional command of the English language with a neutral accent and a sophisticated vocabulary suitable for high-end correspondence.

• Elite Experience: Proven track record in Luxury Hospitality (Concierge), Private Aviation, or Luxury Retail.

• The "Luxury" Personality: A warm, poised, and pleasing personality. You must be able to remain calm, professional, and charming under pressure.

• Cultural Intelligence: The ability to interact with global clients from diverse backgrounds with appropriate etiquette and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
