Residential Revit Drafter
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Los Angeles, CA
- Includes 30-minute paid break
Company Overview:
Our client is a premier design studio specializing in high-end modern residential and hospitality projects. They are passionate about creating sophisticated, functional, and beautifully detailed spaces.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with a strong background in residential single-family homes to join their growing team. This role involves working closely with their design team to develop complete sets of construction documents for high-end residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to produce comprehensive construction document sets for residential projects.
- Translate design concepts into detailed, build-able plans that align with client goals and local building codes.
- Independently manage the development of full plan sets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other project stakeholders as needed.
- Contribute to the refinement and advancement of design standards and documentation processes.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in residential single-family home design and documentation.
- Expert proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce high-quality construction documents efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Ability to work independently and proactively while also taking direction from senior team members.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional degree in architecture.
- Licensure is a plus but not required.
