Job Description

Step into a pivotal role supporting customers for a thriving merchandise company that’s revolutionizing how businesses handle their e-commerce operations. You’ll be the frontline of customer satisfaction, working with established teams across two continents while helping to pioneer the company’s first offshore staffing initiative. This position offers the unique opportunity to work UK hours while being part of an innovative pilot program, with direct mentorship from experienced UK-based managers and the potential to grow with an expanding global operation.

Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries exclusively through email using the industry-standard Zendesk ticketing system
Provide expert support for customers using Shopify e-commerce platform
Master the company’s proprietary software system “Podos” with comprehensive training provided
Collaborate directly with the UK-based customer service manager for guidance and development
Support both UK and American customer bases with professional, timely responses
Follow the same rigorous training protocols as internal staff members, ensuring seamless integration
Contribute to the success of a groundbreaking pilot program with expansion potential

Requirements

Proven experience with Zendesk customer support platform
Strong background with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Exceptional written communication skills for professional email correspondence
Availability to work UK time zone hours (9 AM - 6 PM UK time)
Enthusiasm for learning new proprietary software systems with provided training
Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
