Sales Development Representative
- 4.5 hours per day / 22.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, fixed schedule from 9:30 AM- 2:30 PM (30-minute unpaid break) Sydney, NSW
Role Overview
Client is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a confident communicator with a strong background in cold calling, lead qualification, and sales follow-ups. The ideal candidate must have or at least Go High Level skills/experience, thrives in high-volume outreach environments, knows how to pivot rejection into opportunity, and brings both strong character and a genuine hunger to succeed in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
High-Volume Cold Outreach
- Execute 60–100 outbound cold calls per day to targeted lead lists, including Events, Local Businesses, and Real Estate professionals.
- Confidently engage prospects, handle objections, and convert initial resistance into meaningful sales conversations.
- Maintain energy, professionalism, and persistence throughout daily call sessions.
CRM Management
- Utilize GoHighLevel (GHL) with accuracy and consistency.
- Log every call, outcome, and follow-up activity in the CRM.
- Tag and segment leads appropriately and move opportunities through the sales pipeline in a timely and organized manner.
- Ensure CRM data integrity to support reporting and future campaigns.
Lead Qualification & Discovery
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify serious buyers versus non-qualified prospects (“tyre kickers”).
- Ask effective discovery questions to understand prospect needs, timelines, and budget fit.
- Book qualified prospects for the next stage of the sales process.
Proposal & Follow-Up Management
- Draft and send campaign strategy proposals and quotes using provided templates.
- Ensure proposals are sent promptly and followed up on within 24 hours.
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadence to move prospects toward conversion.
KPI Tracking & Reporting
- Submit a daily End-of-Day (EOD) report detailing:

Quotes/proposals sent

Deals closed or progressed

- Take ownership of personal performance metrics and continuously aim to improve results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SDR or Cold Caller, with a strong track record in outbound sales.
- Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to turn rejection into conversion opportunities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
- Professional integrity, strong work ethic, and excellent character.
- Self-motivated with a high level of drive, resilience, and commitment to the role.
