Schedule:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, with one hour of unpaid break

Job Description

You’ll be the voice that connects homeowners with life-changing solar solutions, playing a crucial role in a rapidly scaling renewable energy operation. Working with an experienced leadership team that understands call center success, you’ll help build something impactful from the ground up while developing your sales skills in one of the fastest-growing industries. This role offers the chance to grow with a company that’s committed to both business success and environmental sustainability.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to qualified solar prospects
  • Set qualified appointments for solar consultation meetings
  • Follow proven scripts and lead qualification processes
  • Maintain consistent daily calling activity and performance metrics
  • Work effectively with dialer systems and CRM platforms
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and skill development
  • Report daily performance results and pipeline activity to management
  • Contribute to team goals while scaling operations from startup to enterprise level

 

Requirements:

  • 3-4+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in solar industry
  • Demonstrated success selling to US market customers (not just local/domestic experience)
  • Strong cold calling and appointment setting track record
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Bonus if you have experience with dialer systems and sales automation tools
  • It helps if you have previous solar industry knowledge or renewable energy passion
