B2B Account & Sales Manager

Overview

This role is for a B2B Representative supporting a premium window solutions company specializing in shutters, blinds, and curtains. The specialist will drive business growth by developing and managing relationships with trade and commercial partners, including property developers, interior designers, architects, contractors, and corporate clients. The position focuses on consultative selling, long-term partnerships, and identifying new commercial opportunities.

Job Highlights
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours
Schedule: Flexible within Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidate must have their own computer and reliable internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are on an hourly basis and may depend on performance during the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Achieve daily KPIs related to call volume, lead engagement, and other relevant metrics

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and identifying opportunities for future business

  • Present the company's products or services in a compelling manner, addressing the specific needs and concerns of prospects

  • Participate in sales video calls, presenting product demos or addressing client queries as needed

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback

  • Continuously update CRM or relevant systems with client interactions, feedback, and sales progress

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken English, with strong written communication skills

  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers

  • Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
