Lead Generation Specialist

Schedule: 20 hours per week, flexible between 9AM to 5PM AWST, Monday to Friday. Commissions included for meeting targets

Job Description: You’ll drive business growth for an established engineering consultancy by identifying and developing relationships with major industrial clients. This role puts you at the forefront of B2B sales in the high-value mining and energy sectors, where your efforts directly contribute to expanding innovative optimization solutions to new markets and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads for engineering consulting services in mining and energy industries
  • Research and identify potential clients who could benefit from process optimization solutions
  • Conduct strategic outreach to decision-makers at major industrial companies
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the technical sales team
  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems with accurate prospect information
  • Develop lead generation strategies for both Australian and South American markets
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics and conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in technical or industrial sectors
  • Strong research skills with ability to identify decision-makers in complex organizations
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior-level prospects
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools
  • Results-driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets
  • Bonus if you have experience in mining, energy, or engineering industries
  • It helps if you understand technical sales processes and longer sales cycles
