Role Overview:

We are seeking a Software Demo Specialist to conduct live software demonstrations of the CRM system designed for NDIS providers. This role involves engaging prospective clients through scheduled Zoom demos, assisting with account setup, and providing basic user support as needed. The Software Demo Specialist will also support outbound calling efforts to book demonstrations with potential clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live product demonstrations of the CRM via Zoom (approximately 30–40 minutes per session).
• Clearly explain software features and benefits to NDIS providers during demos.
• Assist prospective clients with account creation during or after demonstrations.
• Provide basic user support and answer product-related questions as required.
• Follow up with prospects after demos to ensure a smooth handover or next steps.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to book product demonstrations.
• Manage and confirm demo bookings, including those scheduled via the website.
• Maintain accurate records of demos, bookings, and client interactions.

 

Demo Booking Process:

• Demo sessions are booked via our website.
• Some demos are booked organically, while others require proactive outreach and scheduling.

 

Tools & Platforms:

• Zoom (for live demonstrations)
• CRM / internal systems (for account setup and client tracking)

 

Ideal Candidate:

• Comfortable presenting software and speaking with clients via video calls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident making outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and demonstrate software tools.
• Organized, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Experience with CRM systems or SaaS products is an advantage.
• Familiarity with NDIS providers or the disability services sector is a plus.
