Job Description

You’ll be the voice that turns missed opportunities into new beginnings. As a Real Estate Cold Caller specializing in expired listings, you’ll connect with motivated homeowners whose previous listing contracts didn’t work out, helping them discover why your client’s approach is different. You’ll work with warm leads who are already in the market, making your conversations more productive and rewarding than typical cold calling roles.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Contact expired listing homeowners to generate new listing opportunities
  • Present compelling reasons why homeowners should choose your client over their previous agent
  • Nurture relationships with property owners throughout the decision-making process
  • Convert cold contacts into warm prospects ready for listing appointments
  • Maintain detailed records of all conversations and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Log and track all interactions for quality assurance and performance optimization
  • Build rapport with motivated sellers who have already demonstrated market intent
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner to refine messaging and approach

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with real estate cold calling and lead generation
  • Basic understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to nurture leads and build relationships over multiple touchpoints
  • Strong communication skills with clear, professional English
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and phone dialing platforms
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Bonus if you have experience with expired listing strategies or real estate sales cycles
