Sales Closer – Postpartum Fitness
Role Overview
Be the primary sales contact for an established postpartum fitness and coaching brand led by a certified postpartum specialist with 17+ years of experience. The business serves a large global audience of postpartum mothers seeking support with diastasis recti healing, mom pooch recovery, safe weight loss, customized fitness plans, and VIP one-on-one coaching. All programs include guidance, community support, and new workouts every four weeks.
The role is to guide prospects through structured consultations, follow a clear script, ask the right qualifying questions, present the correct program, and close the sale — consistently and confidently and also manage follow-ups with warm leads from quizzes and free consultations, ensuring high show-up rates and conversions.
Responsibilities
Sales Consultations & Closing

Conduct one-on-one Zoom or video calls using a provided script, following the step-by-step structure of the consultation.

Ask qualifying questions to understand each mom’s fitness condition, diastasis recti status, goals, pain points, and readiness to enroll.

Present the correct postpartum coaching program based on the client profile.

Confidently close sales for programs valued at $500+, including subscriptions, recovery programs, customized plans, and VIP coaching.

Represent the brand professionally and empathetically — clients will not expect to meet the business owner directly.
Warm Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Management

Call and follow up with leads from two key sources:

Quiz leads who start the process but don’t complete their purchase.

Leads who book a free consultation but haven’t confirmed or need reminders.

Confirm appointments, prevent no-shows, and ensure prospects join the call prepared.

Maintain WhatsApp, email, and phone follow-ups to convert warm leads into paying members.
Retention, Support & Brand Representation

Conduct retention calls for clients requesting cancellations, aiming to preserve memberships when possible.

Offer discounts, trials, and incentives when needed to close sales or save accounts.

Ensure every conversation aligns with the caring, supportive, and professional tone of postpartum coaching.
Targets & KPIs

Achieve a minimum goal of 10 closed sales per month.

After 10 sales, receive commission on top of base compensation.

At 20 sales per month, receive increased commission plus an additional bonus.

Meet all KPIs related to show-up rates, follow-up frequency, call quality, and lead conversion.
Requirements

Fluent English with exceptional communication skills.

Previous sales experience in video call/Zoom environments.

Confidence and experience closing high-ticket offers ($500+).

Strong understanding of structured, script-based consultations.

Excellent punctuality, organization, and follow-through.

Ability to work flexible hours to support international clients.

Comfortable working independently and representing a brand without direct owner involvement.

Ability to quickly understand postpartum fitness concepts, diastasis recti recovery principles, and program structures (training provided).

Experience following up with warm leads across multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, email).
