Appointment Setter

Fixed Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (7 hours/day, Ontario Time)
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (5 hours, Ontario Time)
  • Sunday: Rest day
  • 40 hours total per week

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a successful renovation company’s growth story. You’ll be working with warm, qualified leads who have already expressed interest in kitchen and bathroom renovations through the company’s Facebook advertising campaigns. Your primary focus will be converting these engaged prospects into scheduled consultations by reaching out to leads who haven’t responded to the automated chatbot system. With 60-80 leads flowing through the system weekly, you’ll have consistent, meaningful work helping homeowners take the next step in their renovation journey. There’s also potential to expand your role with cold calling activities and follow-up responsibilities as the business continues to scale. With performance-based incentives.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads generated from Facebook/Meta ads who haven’t responded to the automated chatbot
  • Set appointments for kitchen and bathroom renovation consultations
  • Follow up with leads to convert them into scheduled appointments
  • Work within the company’s existing CRM system using their virtual phone number setup
  • Conduct cold calling activities when needed to fill work hours (prospect will provide database and numbers)
  • Manage lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all prospects

Requirements

  • Experience in appointment setting or telemarketing roles
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to warm leads and cold prospects
  • Ability to work with CRM systems and virtual phone technology
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with homeowners interested in renovations
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Available to work 6 days a week (40 hours total)
