Job Overview:
You will be responsible for remotely prospecting new accounts, managing existing retail and hospitality relationships, and driving consistent sales growth. This role requires strong communication, organization, and persistence. You’ll work through calls, emails, and digital tools to pitch products, manage accounts, and maintain sales pipelines—all in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, pitch, and secure new retail and on-premise accounts remotely (liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and venues)
  • Conduct regular phone and email follow-ups to maintain relationships and identify opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and existing accounts
  • Present products, promotions, and brand materials through virtual meetings and digital presentations
  • Expand product placements through virtual negotiation and account development
  • Maintain consistent communication with active accounts to support inventory planning
  • Resolve service issues, delivery questions, or product concerns quickly and professionally
  • Track and monitor sales performance by account and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, and promotional guidelines
  • Educate partners remotely on product features, brand positioning, and key selling points
  • Support virtual tastings, digital promotions, and remote event initiatives where applicable
  • Collect market insights including competitor pricing, digital displays, and customer feedback
  • Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for prospects, accounts, and deal stages
  • Track inventory data, marketing materials, and digital sales assets
  • Support basic remote forecasting and planning

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in remote sales, inside sales, or account management
  • Strong phone, email, and video communication skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling in a remote environment
  • Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven
  • Strong CRM and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently from a home-based setup
  • Willingness to meet high daily activity and call targets
  • Stable internet and professional remote work environment

Bonus if you have:

  • Beverage or FMCG industry experience
  • Experience working with distributors or hospitality accounts remotely
  • Experience running virtual product demos or digital sales presentations
  • Existing industry relationships managed remotely
